IT INFRASTRUCTURE SUPPORT ANALYST - NYC

We are seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure Support Analyst to join our team in our New York office. In this role, you will be responsible for providing hands-on technical support for our end users and for local and remote IT infrastructure.
Whilst based at the local office, you will collaborate closely with our remote IT teams to ensure the reliability and efficiency of our overall IT environment.
This role will be working out of our NYC office.
This role sits within M&C Saatchi World Services of M&C Saatchi Group. World Services is a specialist division of M&C Saatchi Group. Partnering with governments, civil society, foundations, academia, and the private sector, we work on the critical issues of our time, including national security, social justice and conflict prevention.

Key Responsibilities:
As IT Infrastructure Support Analyst, you'll be responsible for the following:
Infrastructure Support: Administer cloud-based platforms, maintain local and remote IT infrastructure, perform regular system checks and updates.
Technical Troubleshooting: Provide local computer support, diagnose, and resolve infrastructure-related issues, collaborate with remote offices for complex challenges.
Network Management: Monitor network infrastructure, ensure connectivity, security, and work closely with remote teams for optimisation.
Collaboration with Local Offices: Liaise with local offices to escalate and resolve infrastructure issues, participate in regular communication and coordination meetings.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation, contribute to regular reporting, ensure disaster recovery plan testing and accuracy.
Key Qualifications and Skills: Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in IT or related field with 5+ years of IT support and administration experience.
Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of server technologies, network protocols, and infrastructure components.
Problem-solving skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues efficiently.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with local and remote teams.
ITIL Framework: Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and best practices.
Certifications: CompTIA Server+, Network+, Microsoft certifications, Cisco CCNA, or equivalent are a plus.

Salary is dependent on experience but ranges from $83,850 - $96,750. All candidates must have the ability to work in the US; we are unable to sponsor any work visas for this role.
