Role Description
Tilly is seeking a dynamic recruiter who will be responsible for placing special education providers for our schools business. This is an incredible opportunity to help children across the country receive life-changing care, while being part of a rapidly growing startup. As a recruiter, you will source candidates, conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews, and work closely with sales leadership. Additionally, you will create and manage job postings on various platforms and assist with the onboarding process to ensure the smooth integration of new hires.
Qualifications
Proven track record of driving results in a dynamic environment
Multiple years of experience in recruiting exceptional talent
