Essential Functions

Lead Generation and Sales Conversion: Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities in the aesthetic laser market.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Supervisory Responsibility

Responsible for the growth and development of the team and territory. This position has no direct reports but assists in mentoring peers and other departments as needed.

Work Environment

This job operates in a remote compacity. You will utilize standard office equipment such as tablets, computers, and cell phones. You will also be in Dr’s offices and Spas. The Senior Sales Representative will need to have the ability to operate a motor vehicle or get around to all areas of the territory.

Physical Demands

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The employee is occasionally required to sit or stand. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 60 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 80 pounds.

Travel

This position requires 70% travel as needed.
