About the Role
The Company is seeking a Regional Finance Director to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a key member of the management team, driving financial excellence across a designated region. This role is pivotal in providing financial insights to support the organization's goals, and the Director will be responsible for the hiring, onboarding, and performance management of the field finance team. A detail-oriented individual with a passion for the industry and a strong business perspective is essential. The role requires a leader who can collaborate with various departments, ensure compliance with financial standards, and support the development of budgeting, financial planning, and operational activities.Applicants for the Regional Finance Director position at the company should have 5-7+ years' experience in finance, accounting, or a related field, with a preference for those with experience in providing third-party services. The ideal candidate will have multi-site and contract experience, be a "hands-on" finance professional, and demonstrate strong leadership and management skills. Responsibilities also include process evaluation for efficiency, compliance with company policies, and supporting new business initiatives. The role demands an individual with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, as well as proficiency in financial analysis tools and ERP systems. The candidate should be committed to fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement, and experience with NetSuite and Sage is a plus.
