About the Role
The Company is seeking a Regional Finance Director to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a key member of the management team, driving financial excellence across a designated region and providing invaluable insights to support the organization's goals. This leadership role involves managing a field finance team, overseeing budgeting, financial planning, and compliance activities, and ensuring operational excellence across multiple venues. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, passionate about the industry, and capable of fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.Applicants for the Regional Finance Director position at the company should have a minimum of 5-7 years' of experience in finance, accounting, or a related professional field. Experience in multi-site and contract finance, as well as a background in 3rd party services, is preferred. The role requires a hands-on finance professional with an excellent understanding of budgeting, financial planning, compliance requirements, and ERP systems. Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills are essential, as is the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and executive leadership. Proficiency in financial analysis tools and experience with NetSuite and Sage are a plus. The candidate should be willing to travel occasionally and be committed to the development and growth of their team.
