We're seeking a talented individual to join our expanding internal division as an HRIS Analyst focused on ADP Vantage. If you're passionate about payroll, timekeeping, wage & hour compliance, and ensuring data integrity, we want to hear from you!
As part of our team, you'll:
Serve as a system administrator, ensuring role-based user security and data integrity.
Act as a business technical analyst, identifying and resolving ADP Vantage system issues.
Develop and maintain queries and reports to support payroll processes and regulatory requirements.
Participate in system enhancements, upgrades, and integrations, including testing new features. Setup and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while collaborating with auditors on process workflows.
Must have skills to be considered:
ADP Vantage working experince
Strong Payroll knowledge
Experienced working within a HRIS Systems Analysis role
Well-versed with one or more of the following: Timekeeping, Wage & Hour, and Regulations
