**Description**
+ Works with subject matter experts to design, develop and deploy e-learning courseware content for self-paced learning modules delivered electronically.
+ Converts presentations and classroom based learning to e-Learning and blended learning formats.
+ Performs quality testing on courseware distributed via the LMS. Works with end users to gather feedback and enhancement requests for e-Learning modules and the LMS.
+ Provides first line support to end users of the LMS and web-based training modules.
+ Implements training programs which support the Vision, Mission, and Values of Emory Healthcare.
+ Supports other training to support ablended learning approach.
+ Conducts all sessions in accordance with IACET guidelines for those requesting CEU's.
+ Participates on the E-learning Governance Committee.
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in related field preferred;
+ Three years experience in e-learning and blended learning development.
+ Seasoned experience with learning management systems is required.
+ Healthcare experience a plus.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Instructional Design experience
+ Project Management experience
