This includes six key areas of focus:- Demonstrates product expertise in the Evisort platform- Provides top-quality service engagements for large or strategic customers or other accounts, serving as the lead process analyst, technical architect, and/or advisor to customers- Follows PS implementation standards and methodology- Validates, gathers and assesses complex solutions to make thoughtful and required appropriate recommendations to the customer- Gains proficiency in the configuration of solutions-Initiates, suggests and helps create repeatable business processes and artifacts for scaling the organization. Responsibilities:The PIC is responsible for delivering Evisort solutions to customers. Expertise with Salesforce, SAP Ariba, Coupa, and other CLM solutions is a large plus3+ years of experience scoping and selling SOWsStrong understanding of how business requirements are gathered, analyzed, documented, and translated into technical specifications.Strong understanding of taking technical specifications and configuring/implementing them into a solution.Results-oriented with strong people and time management skills, highly organized, motivated, and driven to succeed.Business Skills:Capable of working on or leading a team through a fast-paced and complex projectExcellent verbal and written business communication skills, including escalation management and information presentationStrong follow-through, ownership & responsibility on tasks assignedEffective time management and maintaining flexibility
