As the Director of HR Business Partners for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, you’ll map out and guide the trajectory of our HR Business Partners. Working under the guidance of the VP of HR Business Partners and Employee Relations, you’ll lead the team in creating partnerships across the organization and within HR to deliver value-added human capital solutions to the main lines of business within St. Jude. In this role, you’ll work collaboratively with all HR leaders to ensure consistent application of policies and alignment across business units by our HRBPs, and you’ll engage with senior leaders to build organizational capacity and support strategic business objectives.

Minimum Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field required, master's degree preferred
Minimum Experience:
Ten (10) years of increasingly responsible experience in a combination of HR and/or St. Jude operations, including at least five years of management experience. HR experience can be within any discipline or generalist experience. Operational experience at St. Jude or other organization is highly preferred
Experience building HRBP programs strongly preferred
Experience leading teams of HRBPs stongly preferred
Compensation
In recognition of certain U.S. state and municipal pay transparency laws, St. Jude is including a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This is an estimate offered in good faith and a specific salary offer takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the salary range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
