About the Opportunity In a typical work day, you might complete the following tasks:

Use our internal software to efficiently and accurately process a high volume of documents.

Assist customers in reviewing their plan coverage or basic system features.

Field customers’ follow-up questions via phone or email.

Listen to customer issues with empathy and a can-do attitude then escalate as needed.

Provide technical support troubleshooting guidance for our software and log any issues in our ticket tracking system.

Assist members of your team and other teams in meeting company objectives through various creative and operational projects.

Requirements

About you You’re a great communicator, especially when trying to help others.

You’re comfortable learning new technology, but not afraid to ask questions and seek out ways to improve your skills.

You dig organization and love crossing items off your task list.

You’ve had some professional experience in an administrative or customer service role, but want to contribute to a fast-paced company with a little more spark.

You seek a tech-oriented role to apply your critical thinking and strong communication skills.

Must Haves The ability to work a flexible schedule.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail.

The capability to receive and incorporate guidance and constructive criticism.

A willingness to adapt to and learn new technology or systems.

The ability to pass an annual HIPAA compliance training and manage confidential information.

Commensurate experience in data entry, administration, customer service, and office experience and the ability to multi-task and juggle these responsibilities as needed.

Bonus Points if You Have Experience working with sensitive information confidentially.

Customer support skills and comfort in handling challenging situations over the phone - the ability to be empathetic, compassionate, responsive, and resourceful.

Experience troubleshooting software issues or working in technical support.

Fluency in Spanish.
