Position Responsibilities:
Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and execute a compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with the mission and goals.
Product Development: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond. Ensure products are developed on time, within scope, and with high quality.
UX/UI Design: Understand and advocate for exceptional user experience and interface design. Potentially recruit and integrate a strong UX/UI professional to enhance the team’s capabilities.
Data and Analytics: Leverage data and analytics to inform product decisions, improve user engagement, and drive product improvements.
Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing product team. Foster a collaborative and innovative culture.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure product success and alignment with business objectives.
Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor products, and customer needs. Use this knowledge to inform product development and positioning.
Customer Focus: Advocate for the customer by understanding their needs and pain points. Ensure the voice of the customer is reflected in product decisions.
Agile Methodologies: Implement and promote agile methodologies to enhance product development processes and deliver high-quality products efficiently.
Experience & Skills:
Required Experience and Qualifications:
Experience: 10+ years of product management experience in the SaaS/PaaS space, with a focus on healthcare technology, hospital RCM, and patient engagement solutions.
Expertise: Deep understanding of product development, UX/UI design, and data and analytics.
Track Record: Proven success in building "sticky" products that drive user engagement and retention.
Leadership: Strong leadership and team-building skills. Experience in managing and scaling product teams.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in using data to drive product decisions.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field. An advanced degree (MBA, MS, etc.) is a plus.
Agility: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
