Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for our AI Powered IT and Enterprise Workflow product portfolio, aligned with the company's overall business objectives.

Lead and mentor a team of product directors, product managers, providing guidance, support, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Conduct market research and customer analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive intelligence, translating insights into actionable product strategies.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, engineering, and customer success, to define product requirements, prioritize features, and drive successful product launches.

Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on market demands, customer feedback, and business priorities.

Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality product development, providing clear product requirements, resolving issues, and prioritizing development efforts.

Drive the product development process, including product planning, requirements gathering, user experience design, and validation.

Define and track key product metrics to evaluate product performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive data-driven decision-making.

Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and keep our product offerings innovative and competitive.

Serve as a product evangelist, representing SymphonyAI Summit at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings to showcase our products and gather feedback.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

10+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing enterprise software products.

Deep understanding of the IT industry, including IT service management practices, IT operations, asset management, and governance, risk, and compliance.

Strong leadership abilities with experience managing and mentoring a team of product managers.

Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate market insights into successful product strategies.

Strong business acumen, with the ability to balance customer needs, market dynamics, and business objectives.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Demonstrated ability to drive the product development process from ideation to successful product launches.
