What you will do…
* Review plans and specifications associated with the assigned projects
* Assist and support the project team with daily project coordination
* Tracking the status of our vendors, general contractors, and employees
* Perform document control such as RFIs, submittals, change orders, claims, etc
* Quality controls and quality assurance checks
* Assist the team with project estimating and tracking
* Perform progress reports with weekly pictures
* Overall project documentation organization
What you will need to succeed…
* Must be safety conscious
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent presentation skills
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook applications
* Possess strong organizational and time management skills
Minimum Qualifications…
* No previous experience needed
* Must be 18+ years of age by the time of hire
* Preferably working towards an industry relevant degree (E.g. Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management…)
* High School Diploma or Equivalent
* Valid Driver's License
