Job Description
Hill International is seeking an Assistant Project Manager in Columbus, Ohio
Responsibilities
Review change orders for accuracy and appropriateness Preparation of weekly & monthly reports
Create/format daily field report and upload
Maintain on-site awareness of construction activities in relation to the scope of work and anticipated schedule
Monitor onsite safety and OSHA requirements are being followed
Verify construction specification compliance
Verify RFIs and submittals are in compliance in the field
Assist in the resolution of urgent onsite situations
Support construction schedule updates and project pay application as needed
Support Project Manager as needed for general project management duties
Provide and potentially present project status updates as needed
Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in construction
Experience in the review, creation and management of construction project documentation
Knowledge and experience with web-based data management software
Knowledge of Microsoft Office software
Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
Ability to walk job sites for extended periods of time
Ability to read and interpret project specifications and drawings
Ability to provide clear and concise written and verbal communication
