Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy IVR applications using industry-standard platforms and frameworks.
Integrate IVR applications with Voice Gateway and SBC (Session Border Controller).
Customize IVR workflows and call flows to meet specific business requirements.
Collaborate with network engineers and system administrators to ensure smooth operation of Voice Gateway and SBC platforms.
Perform troubleshooting and debugging of IVR applications and integrations.
Develop documentation, including requirements, design specifications, and user guides.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in IVR development and telecommunications.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Telecommunications, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Proven experience as an IVR Developer or similar role in telecommunications.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++.
Hands-on experience with Voice Gateway technologies
Session Border Controllers (Sonus, Oracle Acme Packet, etc.).
Strong understanding of SIP, RTP, and other VoIP protocols.
Experience with IVR, or Genesys Voice Platform.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
