What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Data analysis of site or global applications, IT and OT asset inventory
Presenting inventory during site workshops and capturing key notes
Mapping and modeling business processes and enterprise information specific to the business area
Providing input to platform teams to guide the enterprise toward a target state
Engaging with the business case team to clarify business opportunities
What Is Required (Qualifications)
One to three years of experience in IT and business process design
Knowledge of facilitation and awareness of organizational change management
Ability to adapt to rapidly changing technology and apply it to business needs
Strong business acumen and easy rapport with peers and executives
Participation in modernization or digitization initiatives in Manufacturing Shop Floor with emerging technologies such as IoT
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or related discipline, or equivalent related project experience
Exposure to the consulting industry
Ability to engage with software vendors and third-party solutions integrators
Experience with Systems Development Lifecycle Methodology (SDLC)
Knowledge of process redesign methods such as business process re-engineering, Six Sigma, or total quality management
