Qualifications:
Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Prior experience in the waste or recycling industry is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
The Ideal Territory Sales Manager Candidate Is:

Outside Sales Representative Daily Activities:
Researching and prospecting new customers
Cold calling to influence potential commercial customers to choose CWS for their waste/recycling solution business partner
Using consultative selling to identify needs and solutions
Presenting a comprehensive customer solution
Negotiating and closing the deal
Conducting post-sale administrative work to ensure customer onboarding is successful and seamless
Prospecting, cold-calling, selling, and closing new business deals is approximately 90-95% of your daily activities. Approximately, 5-10% of your daily activities involve managing our current customer base. This includes service changes, inquiries, ownership changes, location closures, etc.
Will require travel to area businesses, multiple sites including transfer stations and/or landfills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000 + OTE. $31,000.00 base pay per year + generous commission plan + car/cell allowance
