At Aida Corporation you will have new business development opportunities and unlimited earning potential.

Required:

Electrical or Building Material background.

Manage, coach, train, and mentor a team of agency reps in your region while working with your colleagues to drive sales, share of wallet, and positioning for Aida.

Manage, coach, train, and mentor customers in house account territory to drive sales, share of wallet, and positioning for Aida.

Spend majority of time hunting new customers, with or without assist from agency reps (60% of field time).

Provide sales and technical coaching to ensure that sales agents have the requisite skills to achieve sales goals.

Responsible for the overall sales performance and positioning, of Aida Product Sales, in the assigned region.

Determine and implement the region’s sales strategy and expectations, with agencies, with customers, within the context of the broader business strategy – to be best provider.

Develop a comprehensive sales plan for the assigned region focusing on achievement of region sales objectives. Primary focus on sales growth with added customers (have not bought in >1 year).

Conduct field visits to assist your assigned agent’s sales team and drive demand for Aida products (field visits should account for 60% of RSM work time).

Provide training to the Architects, specifiers, contractors, and end users on the value of Aida products in assigned region.

Manage the region’s budget (breaking down targets by agency) and assist in determining ideal sales territory size (agency) to achieve maximum profitability and sales.

Ensure brand representation at industry trade shows and other similar events.

Maintain complete and thorough database of contacts (phone numbers, emails, main contacts, etc.) for marketing interaction.
