Position Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales to achieve bookings targets and company objectives.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with our clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.
Serve as a point of escalation for client issues and concerns
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
Collaborate with teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
Stay updated on industry developments and best practices in sales management.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
Experience & Skills:
Required Experience and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
A minimum of 10 years' experience in healthcare IT, with at least 5 years in a hunter sales capacity selling big data
Proven track record of successfully achieving quota.
Strong understanding of Epic and their implementation in healthcare settings.
Excellent relationship skills with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Experience with strategic sales (analytics experience preferred).
Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales data analysis and reporting.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Deep understanding of sales processes, customer relationship management, and sales automation tools.
Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and commitment to excellence.
