Responsibilities: Identify and establish relationships with potential new clients to generate new business opportunities.
Develop and execute effective business strategies to attract and acquire new clients.
Utilize a strong understanding of our agency's offerings and market trends to identify growth potential.
Attend and network at industry events to establish solid relationships and brand presence.
Collaborate with account and creative teams to create engaging presentations and proposals for potential clients.
Monitor competitors and market trends and provide insights to the leadership team.
Maintain a strong understanding of performance media and digital marketing to communicate the company’s value proposition to potential clients effectively.
Assist in negotiating contracts and agreements to secure a mutually beneficial business relationship.
Provide guidance and recommendations to clients on best-fit media performance solutions.
Meet or exceed annual sales targets and support overall business growth.

Requirements: Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
Experience at a performance media or digital agency.
Proficient in identifying and establishing relationships with potential clients.
Superior presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to pitch to C-Level executives.
Excellent understanding of digital marketing, social media strategies, and performance media.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to travel as needed.
Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
High energy and a 'can-do' attitude with the resilience to overcome challenges.
Self-motivated, with high levels of creativity and adaptability.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Additional Information: Candidates must be located near San Diego, CA with the ability to travel into the office multiple times per week
