Our Client Services team plays a crucial role in establishing and managing the approach and standards for digital media project delivery and governance; ensuring our clients achieve the highest return on investment. They are responsible for overseeing team performance, providing team members with the tools, support, and training necessary to deliver the most innovative and effective media solutions possible.

A Modifly Program Manager takes ownership of all media projects within a program to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with set objectives. Confidence and creativity are essential for addressing business needs, managing resources, and resolving any issues that may arise, all while maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional media solutions that drive engagement and growth.

Responsibilities

Lead the day-to-day management of digital media projects, including website development, digital marketing campaigns, and social media initiatives, from initiation through implementation and deployment.

Work with Client Services leadership; ensuring efficient utilization and maximum profitability, all while solving operational challenges as they arise.

Create and streamline scalable agency-wide processes.

Ensure adherence to agency standards with the highest quality deliverables, meeting all project milestones and deadlines.

Optimize activation and utilization of project management software, ensuring agency operational success.

Effectively balance resources, budgets, and time constraints to manage risks and pre-empt issues specific to digital media projects.

Draft contracts and help design innovative delivery teams tailored to meet and exceed digital media campaign objectives.

Continuously evaluate and improve project delivery practices and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Develop and oversee comprehensive project timelines, coordinating activities across agency departments (e.g., creative, media, strategy) and client stakeholder teams.

Build and maintain strong relationships with external clients and internal team members to ensure seamless project execution and exceed client expectations.

Foster a collaborative "one team" approach between the client and agency, promoting effective communication and cooperation.

Contribute to new business and pitch initiatives, helping to secure a pipeline of digital media projects for the agency with focus on resource forecasting and planning.

Clarify strategic requirements, manage client and stakeholder expectations, and communicate roadblocks and resolutions to ensure key project deadlines are met.

Communicate effectively and succinctly across a wide range of roles and personalities, both within the agency and with external clients, ensuring alignment and understanding.

Requirements 8+ years project management and/or program management experience

Must have direct digital media experience

Previous experience implementing project management tools and platforms, within an agency setting, preferred

Strong attention to detail

Demonstrable ability to operate under tight deadlines

Ability to work across multiple projects, utilizing and sharing multiple resources

Ability to manage workload with minimal supervision

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Additional Information Office space located at 655 W Broadway, San Diego, CA 92101

Full-time with hybrid in-office/remote schedule

Full benefits (healthcare kicks in day 1 of employment)

$95,000 - $120,000 a year

Title and salary will be based on years of relevant experience
