Job Description
The Client Success Manager is responsible for developing client relationships by acting as a trusted adviser with a focus on retention and customer advocacy. A successful person for this role will be highly relationship driven, proactive and has an acute understanding of their clients' needs and challenges.
What you will be doing:
Manage a portfolio of global enterprise clients
Onboard new clients to seoClarity
Build in-depth knowledge of your clients, expert knowledge of seoClarity technology, and extensive industry expertise.
Become a trusted adviser to stakeholders and users of seoClarity
Guide your clients through success blueprints, designed to drive value no matter the client's SEO maturity level
Manage special projects and the implementation of search experience frameworks
Help your client's structure, simply and scale their SEO efforts
Lead executive business reviews
Arrange and manage onsite client meetings - up to 10% travel domestic and international
Your Qualifications:
4-year BA/BS degree
2+ years' experience in account management or client success, preferably with a software provider or digital agency.
Experience with SEO/SEM
Relationship focused
Experience with CRM tools, Excel, PowerPoint, and virtual meeting software
Ability to travel up to 10%, both domestic and international
Excellent communication and presentation skills
