Job Description Join a growing team that can greatly benefit from your sales expertise! The right candidate is a hunter with extensive experience selling into the enterprise healthcare space.
The ideal candidate will have a history of engaging with organizations such as Kaiser Permanente, Ascension Health, the Cleveland Clinic and other similar organizations with employee counts ranging from 10,000 and higher. The ability to bring a book of business, and/or a substantial network of executive-level contacts in the healthcare space is preferred but not required.
Prior experience selling SaaS or technology-based solution in to the healthcare industry is required.
What You Bring:
Extensive experience establishing relationships with multiple executive-level decision makers across targeted organizations in the healthcare space
Mature and fully developed understanding of enterprise sales methodologies, formal training in an established discipline such as SPIN, Challenger, Sandler, MEDDIC or some variant thereof highly preferable
High energy with a strong focus on a data-driven activity model
Unrelenting work ethic
Expert-level utilization of SFDC for activity tracking and planning
Ability to create and manage a sales forecast & pipeline in order to meet and/or exceed annual quotas and goals
Effective independent management of daily responsibilities to develop one’s territory through cold calls, appointments, sales presentations, and proposals while demonstrating excellent time management skills
Ability to work cross functionally with marketing and customer success team to develop prospecting plan for new logos and growing existing customers revenue.
Required Capabilities/Experience:
5+ years of quota carrying software or technology sales experience in the healthcare space
Experience selling communications, risk mitigation, compliance, security and business continuity solutions highly desirable
Experience conducting product demonstrations
Excellent oral and written communication skills
About 15% domestic travel
Proficiency Microsoft Office suite and Web Demonstration tools
Public speaking/presentation experience
