As a Call Center Representative at our State-of-the-Art Centralized Herb Chambers Service Business Development Center you will handle inbound/outbound calls and appointment setting for our service customers. We are looking for someone comfortable with high volume calling, a GO GETTER" and a professional well-spoken candidate. Job Responsibilities:

Daily communication with customers on inbound calls, outgoing calls and texting solutions to schedule service appointments.

Basic customer service follow-up calls after completion of service visits.

Maintain and follow our script and inbound call process to efficiently schedule appointments at ease for our guests.

Work closely with Service Management, Service Advisor and Parts Advisor teams.

Communicate with Managers, Service Advisor and Parts teams to ensure properly scheduled appointments.

Ongoing training on basic dealership guidelines and scheduling systems.

Perform courtesy calls informing guests of maintenance due via telematics systems and/or reminding them of recalls for their vehicle.

Daily and Monthly performance reporting.
