Reports to: Senior Director, Global Demand Planning

Location: Remote

The Role

The Sr Planner Global Demand Planning is responsible for providing visibility, analysis, and insight of global brand, category, and key style plans. From Product Creation and Go-To-Market (GTM) processes through seasonal execution, this role provides analytics to drive cross-functional decisions related to long range commercial strategy, product assortment strategy, tracking key performance indicators, and inputs into Supply Chain decisions. Additionally, this role will contribute to the Global Brand S&OP process considering multiple data and cross-functional inputs at various milestones in the planning calendar. Individuals in this role may also expect to drive and participate in continuous improvement activities and/or projects representing the functional team.

Who You Are

A self-starter, team-player who brings passion, enthusiasm, and focus to their work.

A functional subject matter expert in Merchandise/Demand Planning, with a passion for data-informed strategies and strategic alignment.

Highly collaborative and effective at engaging across levels and functions within a matrixed organization.

We’d love to hear from people with

Strong forecasting skills, preferably with o9 and/or other statistical forecasting applications

High proficiency using Microsoft Excel and moderate experience using other Microsoft suite applications

Critical eye for evaluating data and translating to decision-makers through storytelling

Ability to collaborate and influence others across various levels, regions, and cultures

A proactive and assertive approach in follow-through with business leaders, colleagues, and business partners

Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills with the ability to drive clear and concise business communication to audiences up and down the organization

$90,000 - $100,000

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
