PURPOSE OF THE JOB Responsible for leading the overall strategy for Salesforce across the organization, inclusive of marketing, sales and service cloud capabilities. Direct, establish and execute on a strategic vision and roadmap for custom Salesforce capabilities across the organization by collaborating with stakeholders and executive leadership to scope, prioritize and deliver critical business solutions. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and manage the sales, service, and marketing teams to ensure the successful execution of business goals and objectives.

Develop and implement strategic initiatives and best practices across multiple Salesforce clouds, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and OmniStudio.

Provide analytical and programming support and planning for Salesforce related projects, initiatives, and systems.

Ensure change management protocols maximize benefit and alleviate unnecessary disruption.

Manage staff performance, develop staff, oversee development and maintenance of training materials for new and existing staff, establish performance goals, provide feedback to staff throughout year and complete year-end performance evaluations

Position requires a full-time work schedule. Full-time is defined as working at least 40 hours per week, plus any additional hours as requested or as needed to meet business requirements. Position may require out-of-town or overnight travel.
