Cable One is adding a Director of Enterprise Sales to our sales leadership team! This important and impactful role will provide leadership and oversight for the Field Sales group, overseeing team efforts to generate sales and maintain revenue for Enterprise customers for the entire Cable One portfolio of companies.
What you will do to contribute to the company's success
Provide leadership and oversight to ensure the team demonstrates and deploys resources expertly and for the highest impact. Collaborating with sales engineering, channels/alliances, customer success, renewals professional services, product, legal, marketing, and engineering teams to create a flawless customer experience.
Provide coaching and mentorship as needed and ensure that managers do the same for their team.
Consistently deliver against targets – ensuring company goals, and objectives are achieved consistently and sustainably.
Accurately forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for assigned region.
Leverages trusted relationships with customer, partner, and other executives to develop and position strategically important new business, expansion and other opportunities.
Coordinates cross-functional alignment and execution across Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Finance, Legal and other critical stakeholders.
Contributes to new growth opportunities and strategic initiatives for the company, including new business concepts, markets, offerings, and business models.
Manages or ensure effective management of complex deal structures, contracts, and terms of agreement.
Ensures team-wide understanding and focus on achieving sales and revenue targets / quotas.
Lead the development and deployment of Salesforce CRM.
Qualifications
10+ years’ experience in sales leadership or related field
5 years' experience in telecom and/or carrier sales
BS / BA Degree (Master’s Degree preferred)
Ability to apply effective analytical techniques and tools, analyzing organizational issues, determining the root cause and creating alternative solutions that are in the best interest of the business.
