Job Responsibilities Your role.
As you venture into figuring out the major business drivers, w e’ll give you the flexibility to integrate people’s issues with business strategies. You’ll be instrumental in serving our clients through risk services that have a direct impact on our client's overall business processes. Your work will include, but not be limited to:
Performingenterprise risk services for a variety of disciplines including: Internal Audit
SOXand JSOXCompliance
Enterprise Risk ManagementFramework Development
Quality Assurance Review
Process and Internal Control Improvement
Regulatory Compliance
Providing reportingassistanceand analysis for engagements: Documenting and testing client internal control environments
Identifyingand analyzing potential risksand mitigation strategies
Preparing proposals and engagement letters
Develop and implement risk-assessment models andmethodologies
Produce reports and presentations that outline findings, explaining risks and recommending changes.
Assistwith client accounting support
Researchmarkets,toolsand technology
Technical accounting advice: Assistingclients with post-merger integration of accounting activities
Providing short-term temporary accounting support
Providing counsel on implementation of new technical accounting standards into the everyday practice of an organization
Interacts with other practice areaswithin management consulting,and other practice areasincluding but not limited to audit, tax, wealth management and consulting.
Qualifications Detail-oriented leader with problem solving, communication, organizational, technical and analytical skills.
Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in accounting , economics, finance, or related field .
Academic success (a minimum cumulative GPA of 3. 0 ).
Preferred: On track to complete the requisite degree and supporting credits to sit for the CPA or CIA exam, with the goal of successfully obtaining the CIA or CPA license.
