Responsibilities
Analyze problems/issues/inquiries; be the first point of response; assign severity levels and follows through to resolution.
Work with customers to resolve the issue using the tech.
Perform configuration changes to Forms, workflows, security as directed.
Provide maintenance on client workstations onsite/remotely.

Ability to attend late-night / early-morning meetings.
Must be available for after hours and On-Call support as required.
Japanese skill is plus
