Position Title: Marketing Director

Reports To: SVP, Head of Marketing

Position overview:

As a senior leader within Screenvision Media, the Director of Marketing plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategic initiatives to drive engagement, foster client relationships, and achieve growth and revenue objectives. Reporting to the SVP, Head of Marketing, this position is instrumental in aligning marketing efforts with the goals of the Ad Sales organization, leveraging innovative approaches and collaborative efforts to capitalize on market opportunities and propel the company forward in the dynamic media landscape.

Responsibilities:

Strategic collaboration with the sales team: Work closely with the sales department to develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with their objectives. Provide guidance, support, and continuous communication to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales strategies.

RFP (Request for Proposal) Leadership: Lead the creation of compelling proposals in response to client RFPs, showcasing Screenvision Media's value proposition and tailored solutions.

Industry leadership and market insights: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape within the media and advertising industry and the cinema sector. Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance based on thorough market research and analysis.

Marketing Material Development: Lead the development of various marketing collateral, including presentations, case studies, whitepapers, and sales tools, to support the sales team in attracting and retaining clients.\

Campaign/Sold sponsorship execution : Direct the successful execution of sponsored campaigns or partnerships, ensuring all marketing aspects of the campaign are met within budget and timelines. Provide strategic oversight and analysis of campaign performance.

Brand management: Ensure consistency and coherence in the messaging, positioning, and visual identity of the Screenvision Media brand across all marketing materials.

Relationship management: Cultivate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, industry partners, and media outlets, to enhance Screenvision Media's reputation and visibility.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

Experience: A minimum of 8 years of experience in business-to-business marketing, agency, or media roles, with extensive experience in generating sales presentations and client-facing meetings. Previous management experience of multiple direct reports is required.

Strategic Leadership and Creative Contribution: Proven ability to provide strategic leadership and contribute innovative ideas to drive business growth, particularly in the context of RFPs.

Tailored Marketing Strategies: Proficiency in developing tailored promotional/marketing packages for clients, showing the ability to understand client needs and create customized solutions to meet objectives effectively.

Presentation Skills: Advanced skills in PowerPoint are necessary to independently create compelling pitch decks from scratch, crucial for delivering persuasive sales presentations and proposals.

Stakeholder Engagement: Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with senior-level management both internally and externally, demonstrating exceptional communication and interpersonal skills essential for building and maintaining relationships.

Business Development: Proven experience in proactive business development, illustrating a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new opportunities to drive growth and revenue.

Media Expertise: Extensive experience in product/media marketing, with expertise across various media types, is crucial. Experience in the CTV/OTT category is particularly beneficial, considering the company's focus and industry trends.

Project Management: Strong background in managing multiple creative projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints, showcasing excellent organizational and resource management skills.

Communication Skills: Excellent business writing and oral communication skills are essential for effectively conveying ideas, proposals, and strategies to internal and external stakeholders, coupled with strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.

Salary Range: 80,000 - 130,000 USD Annually + Benefits + Bonus Opportunity

The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training, and skill level.
