Description
Responsible for the development of promotional design and strategy
Responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of the business plan and operational budget for areas of responsibility
Responsible for the successful development and execution of projects and programs related to Entertainment, Promotions and Special Events and Bus Marketing programs.
Continuously evaluate events, entertainment and makes changes where indicated, to ensure programs and events increase market share and company profitability.
Responsible for creating, managing, and executing against property marketing calendars.
Ensure timely and effective communication of entertainment and events to impacted departments.
Ensure outstanding customer service delivery in alignment with company and department goals and objectives.
Maintain regulatory compliance and integrity in the operation.
Lead an organization with methods and actions that are ethical and in full compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Company policies.
Identify compliance risks and take actions necessary to eliminate or minimize risks.
Partners with property Marketing leaders, entertainment agency and Shared Services departments to define the marketing plan supporting each respective property's strategy.
Manages the activities and daily operations of the Entertainment department.
Partners with entertainment booking agency to ensure fulfillment of negotiated offers.
Responsible for researching and sourcing acts that enhance the property brand and fulfill the entertainment strategy.
Does not have the authority to enter into contracts.
Acts as property liaison with artists, agents, managers, and vendors, and ensures that all arrangements are completed to the satisfaction of the client.
Other duties as assigned.
