Job Description

Bonafide is seeking an innovative Director of Marketing Analytics to lead the growth and development of our analytics team. This key role involves spearheading the build-out of analytics platforms across our full women's health portfolio including our sister brands, Uqora and Equelle. The Director of Marketing Analytics will act as the primary liaison across our family of brands, ensuring seamless communication and data sharing. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the migration and adaptation of sister brand data into an existing analytics infrastructure, coordinating with external agencies to ensure successful project completion. As the Director of Marketing Analytics, you will also play a pivotal role in shaping the structure of the analytics team and ensuring its alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the central point of contact for key women's health stakeholders ensuring clear communication, requirements gathering, and coordination between business units and analytics teams

Coordinate with external agencies to enhance and maintain a robust data infrastructure for our portfolio of brands; ensuring it meets the company's analytics and reporting needs

Offer comprehensive knowledge of marketing strategies, including DTC, media spend, and performance channels; Collaborate with marketing teams to develop data-driven campaigns and improve overall marketing efficiency

Develop and maintain marketing attribution models that accurately reflect customer journeys and conversion paths; Guide stakeholders in making informed decisions about marketing budget allocation and channel optimization

Work closely with external agencies to ensure they deliver agreed-upon Statements of Work (SOWs); Monitor project progress, manage timelines, and address issues to ensure successful project outcomes

Provide analytical support to senior leadership and cross-functional teams, translating complex data into clear insights and recommendations; Promote a data-driven culture across the organization.

Establish processes for maintaining data quality, accuracy, and integrity; Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and best practices

Lead and manage data analyst(s) and provide guidance and support in their day-to-day activities

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree with an advanced degree preferred in business analytics, statistics, mathematics, or other quantitative discipline

5-8+ years of progressive leadership experience in analytics roles in DTC / eCommerce, preferably a subscription business; brick and mortar / omnichannel experience a plus

Exhibit a visionary, attentive, and adaptable approach, capable of designing complex systems and collaborating with senior leadership to make data-driven decisions

Strong leadership qualities including a successful track record of leading key projects and initiatives, adherence to deadlines and budgets, and managing stakeholder expectations

Proven experience in driving business performance through analytics insights, recommendations, and decision support across customer acquisition and retention domains

Hands-on experience with complex databases and BI tools, along with a deep understanding of performance marketing metrics across e-commerce acquisition and retention tactics

SQL proficiency and BI tool experience a must; Python aptitude a plus

Mastery of digital analytics, specifically web analytics using Google Analytics or similar tools

Experience with analytical tools associated with paid search and paid social platforms as well as with building/designing multi-touch attribution and attribution models

Working knowledge of statistical testing methodologies and predictive analytics

Excellent organizational and project management skills; organized with ability to multi-task, prioritize, work quickly and to tight deadlines Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to articulate clearly and effectively orally and in writing

Flexible Time Off (exempt employees)

Annual Pay Range: $161,000-$241,600, with a 20% annual bonus target.

This represents the minimum and maximum base salary range for this role, plus annual incentive. Various elements are used to determine a candidate's starting salary such as job experience, specific skills, and comparison to internal incumbents currently in the role. This information is provided to applicants in accordance with state and local laws.

Location and Work Model

This position is part of the Bonafide Health team located in Harrison, New York, situated in Westchester County, about 22 miles north of Manhattan. Given that this role also supports our two sister brands, Uqora and Equelle located in San Diego, we prefer candidates based in the Southern California area, who are open to a flexible hybrid schedule at the Uqora headquarters. Expect to travel to New York approximately once every quarter.
