A day in the life:
As the Director of Marketing, Internal Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our internal marketing strategies, focusing exclusively on our company's brand and not on client accounts. Your expertise in B2B marketing, both from content and performance standpoints, will be crucial as you lead efforts to enhance our inbound lead flow, SQL flow, and closed MGP from internal initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive internal marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives and enhances our market position.
Lead and optimize our content marketing efforts to ensure engagement, lead generation, and conversion optimization.
Oversee performance marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, and data-driven analytics to maximize inbound marketing effectiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and disseminate powerful, consistent messaging across all platforms.
Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Manage budgets and resources effectively, ensuring optimal ROI on marketing investments.
Report on key performance metrics, providing insights and actionable strategies to senior management.
Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and alignment with the overarching goals of Power Digital Marketing.

Create and implement a comprehensive marketing plan to enhance brand visibility and generate leads, SQLs, SAL’s, and MGP
Regularly track and analyze marketing performance metrics, reporting on KPIs to executive leadership and providing insights and recommendations for improvement
Develop and oversee a content strategy ensuring valuable, relevant, and consistent content to attract and retain a defined audience
Lead and mentor director reports, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a proven track record in content marketing and performance marketing.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems, SEO/SEM tools, and content management systems.
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
