Understanding of building trust and acting as a reliable resource to brokers and consultants, with knowledge of industry trends.

Proficiency in engaging audiences through presentations, both in-person and virtually, using PowerPoint and other software.
Business acumen to articulate complex challenges facing industries and illustrate how WellNet can address them.
Creative communication skills, both verbally and in writing, to effectively explain concepts and products.
Excellent organizational skills with strong follow-up abilities, committed to exceptional customer service.
Track record of effectively collaborating with key stakeholders to expand service offerings and profitability.
Proficiency in capturing and analyzing data in a CRM system to report on sales pipeline, forecasts, and market trends.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of previous sales experience, preferably in the health insurance industry with a third-party administrator (TPA) or similar industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong active listening and problem-solving skills.
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
Curiosity, patience, and resilience, with a reputation as a true team player and someone who always strives to excel.
