ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Establish and maintain relationships with potential clients, consultants, and other platforms from which our products might be sold.

Oversee the recruiting, hiring and training of Business Development staff.
Working with managers and Human Resources, assist with discipline and termination of staff as required.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
10+ years of related experience
Prior management and supervisory experience preferred
Equivalent combination of education and experience
