Objective: The Account Director / Client Partner is accountable and responsible for driving portfolio growth & Customer satisfaction.

Expectations & Behavior Competencies : Driving account growth
Drive business development and sales results in assigned accounts.
Manage P&L - proven success of managing a P&L of more than $10+ million!
Consultative selling approach to expand business.
Experience in managing a book of business, and hunting & farming for future businesses.
SPOC for the customer delivery and escalation point
Take active part in Pre-Sales and drive Account growth.
Internal and external stakeholder management
Hi-tech domain – required.
Excellent communication and articulation skills
