Lead Counsel, Facebook Responsibilities
* Drive high-impact projects working cross-functionally with stakeholders across Meta in Legal, Privacy, Product, and other business teams
Maintain subject matter expertise in social media laws, content regulations, and privacy and integrity laws
Minimum Qualifications
* J.D. degree and membership in at least one US state bar
5+ years of legal experience, including at a law firm or in-house experience (applicable product counseling, privacy counseling, regulatory, and compliance experience)
Experience counseling and advising clients on risk mitigation strategies across technology product platforms
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience collaborating at all levels of the business across functions, including executive and C-suite
Experience in managing legal risk across multiple jurisdictions, including global privacy laws, content regulations, litigation, and compliance matters
Experience in advancing complex initiatives in a highly-charged multi-stakeholder environment
Enjoy understanding new technologies and the consumer internet landscape

Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
