Our Orange County, Californica client is rapidly growing and we are seeking a high performance Facebook Media Buyer to join the team!
We're seeking a Facebook Media Buyer to lead the charge in driving revenue and profits through strategic ad campaigns. This role is a perfect fit for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves diving into campaign data, and has a passion for building and leading a successful team.
Responsibilities:
You'll be directly managing and executing Facebook media buys, setting the gold standard for performance and strategic brilliance.
Develop a winning Facebook advertising strategy that aligns perfectly with our client's financial goals, optimizing allocation to maximize our return on investment.
Assess and prioritize advertising channels based on ROI and audience engagement, constantly analyzing performance and reallocating investments for peak results.
Build and manage a team of talented media buyers across various digital platforms. You'll set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and unlock their full potential.
Utilize analytics tools like a pro, tracking campaign performance in detail. Stay ahead of the curve on market trends and leverage those insights for strategic decision-making.
Foster strong relationships with media vendors and agencies, negotiating contracts and establishing KPIs that fuel our client’s success.
Work hand-in-hand with our Creative and CRO teams to ensure campaigns are as effective as possible. You'll also oversee affiliate partnerships, keeping them aligned with our advertising goals.
Qualifications (required and preferred):
A history of success managing large-scale Facebook advertising campaigns.
Experience managing an annual media budget of $6,000,000+ is a must.
You're a whiz at hands-on Facebook media buying, and you have the leadership skills to guide and motivate a team of media buyers.
Experience managing remote teams is a plus
Strong analytical skills are key, along with the ability to manage budgets and achieve financial targets.
Excellent leadership and communication skills are essential to collaborating effectively with various teams.
