SUMMARY:
The Manager Syndication, Facebook will be responsible for growing our existing clientele's audience from other platforms to be syndicated on Facebook Watch, as well as identifying and securing new clients for the platform. This role will grow and monetize Facebook pages from scratch, with deep insights into what type of content resonates on the platform and optimizing for maximum engagement.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee and manage Facebook pages, ensuring a consistent and optimized presence.
Develop comprehensive content plans, including writing taglines and ensuring all components of posts are ready for publishing.
Contribute to creative strategy for existing and new shows.
Conduct A/B testing to refine and improve page content and strategies.
Carry out trend analysis to determine effective content strategies and creator partnerships.
Stay updated on Facebook best practices and actively manage channels to drive performance.
Serve as an expert in navigating the Facebook backend and Meta Business Suite.
Implement scalable systems and workflows to support team operations.
Help scout and sign new creators to our Facebook page, drafting agreements in collaboration with the legal team.
Provide performance updates and clarity on metrics to creators, maintaining open communication channels.
Collaborate with the Director and finance team to establish systematic approaches for creator payouts.
Ensure alignment with revenue goals set for the Facebook platform.
Regularly report on page performance metrics to the Director and Senior Manager, ensuring transparency and accountability.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be based in Los Angeles, open to remote for the right candidate.
MHigh School Diploma and/or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2+ years of previous experience in a similar role.
Proven experience in growing and monetizing Facebook Watch pages from scratch.
Deep understanding of Facebook Watch content optimization strategies, including thumbnail style, video retention, and headline effectiveness.
Expertise in navigating the Facebook backend and Meta Business Suite.
Strong interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively within a team.
Ability to adapt to evolving trends and technologies in social media.
Existing relationships within the Facebook ecosystem and the broader industry preferred.
PAY SCALE:
$55,000 - $60,000/annually
