This role is critical to the success of achieving our growth objectives in North America. You will be working closely with sales and our global marketing team defining campaigns and programs that will help us drive marketing awareness, new pipeline, and accelerate existing opportunities to close. You will bring your knowledge and past experience in integrated campaign management, digital, and ABM to help us differentiate us in the market and build momentum

What you will do:

Build regional demand generation marketing plans with campaigns and events to achieve our company goals, in collaboration with sales and global marketing teams.

Plan and execute regional and global multi-channel campaigns tasked to drive new meetings, pipeline, opportunity acceleration and customer expansion. This includes goal setting, themes, messaging, segmentations, tactics and channel selection, content strategy and production, activation, reporting.

Build 1:few, and 1:1 ABM campaigns to targeted accounts in tight collaboration with the entire GTM team in North America and leverage global teams for execution. Establish ABM processes and playbook.

Own outbound outreach and email marketing channel, establish regional email nurtures, measure email performance and optimize through testing.

Work closely with marketing operations to establish proper campaign reporting, dashboards and run monthly campaign performance reviews with the GTM team

In collaboration with global PR and Communications team, build Brand awareness plan, programs focused on building communities and enabling finance professionals learn from each other

Partner with the content team on campaigns content strategy and work internally or externally to produce required content assets, webinars, case studies, demos.

Minimum Requirements: BA/BS degree required, MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred

5 years of experience as a demand generation / revenue / growth marketer in a B2B tech SaaS company and proven results of creating and influencing sales pipeline.

Previous experience in Account-based strategies and campaigns. Solid understanding of digital channels and hands-on experience with emails, content syndication, outbound marketing tactics

Preferred Qualifications: Connector and orchestrator. Highly organized, strong project management, multi-tasking and prioritization skills. Previous experience with budget management.

Experience in B2B tech marketing forced on the enterprise size organizations

Creative and curious, coupled with a "can do" attitude, looking for new innovative ways to differentiate and up the performance of campaigns using modern marketing approaches and tools.

Works well with agencies and partners to deliver outstanding and creative marketing execution

What we offer: Competitive compensation package; Salary: $140,000 - $170,000
