Human Resources Manager

The HR Director is part of the Palmisano Employee Experience Team to lead HR practices, strategies, and objectives that provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture.
Accountable for:
Developing, Implementing, and running a successful health and wellness program for the employees, including, but not limited to fitness competition program, preventative healthcare resources, annual health & wellness fair, effective claim management, etc.
Developing organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues; contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction; establishing human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives
Implementing human resources strategies, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, employee relations and retention, AA/EEO compliance, and labor relations
Supporting management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions; analyzing information and applications
Assisting in the execution of activities planned by the #palmisanoparty committee
Regulatory compliance and reporting
Guides management by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines; communicating and enforcing organization values.
Prepares and analyzes reports on a variety of applicable HR metrics
Knows and complies with existing labor laws including Equal Employment Opportunity, Americans With Disabilities Act, Family and Medical Leave Act, Affirmative Action Plan, Department of Labor, Fair Labor Standards Act etc
Work in conjunction with the Employee Experience team for alignment with our vision and increase internal initiatives to communicate core values while fostering employee engagement.
Designs, implements, communicates and maintains all benefit related programs to be competitive and cost effective

Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of leadership professional work experience
Tech savvy, the ability to adapt quickly to rapidly changing technology is key
High degree of organizational ability and initiative
Strong problem solving ability, ability to make decisions independently
