About the Role
The Company is seeking a Managing Director for Corporate Technology Coverage. The successful candidate will be responsible for initiating, building, and maintaining a portfolio of mid-corporate and corporate technology companies. This role requires a deep understanding of the sector, serving as a subject matter expert to enhance the company's brand and presence in the corporate technology space. The Managing Director will develop and execute a national client acquisition strategy, with a focus on maximizing business growth by identifying and converting prospects. They will also be tasked with preparing and executing business plans, originating business opportunities, and leading a team in the preparation of all work products.Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or economics, with at least 10 years of corporate banking experience, including credit analysis and/or portfolio management. Formal credit training or equivalent underwriting experience is essential. A strong track record in business development and prospect conversion within the technology industry is required, as well as the ability to cross-sell across a full-service corporate and investment banking platform. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency in Salesforce and MS Office, and the willingness to travel as needed are also necessary. FINRA Series 7 or 79, 63 licenses are required or must be obtained within 120 days of employment.
