About the Role
The Company is seeking a Managing Director for its Dallas boutique, with a focus on providing extraordinary service to clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the business, including building sales, client development, and service, as well as coaching and counseling staff. The Managing Director will oversee the management team, ensure high levels of service, and maintain operational controls. They will also be involved in the buying process, maintaining the highest standards of the client experience, and will be a key partner with all corporate departments to support the boutique's goals.Applicants for the Managing Director position should have a minimum of 5 years of prior store management experience, previous buying experience, and a Bachelor's degree is preferred. The role demands a natural and dynamic leader with impeccable standards of service, a strategic mindset, and the ability to motivate and maintain team morale. The ideal candidate will be operationally sound, open to change, and have a strong ability to form partnerships across the organization. A sense of personal style, passion for the brand, and experience with luxury or quality-seeking clientele are essential. The role also requires a sensitivity to a multi-cultural environment, with experience working with European brands being a plus. The candidate should have a kind but effective management style, be comfortable with a fast-paced environment, and be willing to travel, including annual trips to Paris.
