We’re looking for someone special

The Director, Revenue Operations is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the end-to-end operational infrastructure in support of Buildxact’s global scalable Go-To-Market excellence. The function will lead a team of Sales, Marketing, and GTM systems professionals to own and operationalize our sales, expansion, and retention process design and execution. A key member of our GTM leadership team, you will help to direct operational improvements that maximize Revenue performance results for our business. This position and the team it leads will analyze data to uncover business opportunities, enhance workflow processes, and optimize our go-to-market tech stack.

The role

Define and execute talent strategy to scale the Revenue Operations team that support and enables the highest performing Go-to-Market function for our business.

Lead and drive process excellence and alignment across sales, marketing and customer experience functions, including ownership of the CRM, engagement platforms and marketing automation enabled processes.

Establishing a Business Process Management discipline that prioritizes projects and maintains correct focus on those initiatives that will maximize impact, value and return on investment.

Working with GTM leadership to define, develop, support and measure execution of GTM strategy and operational performance.

Work with Sales and Marketing Leadership peers and team to constantly assess needs within the entire revenue engine; helping lead insight to maximise optimization and performance outcomes.

Defining and implementing a set of Revenue technology systems that empower the Direct, Enterprise and Partner sales teams to optimized performance.

Providing a recurring cadence of reporting that drives accountability and performance throughout all sales departments.

Implementing appropriate SaaS-metrics to drive the business throughout the customer engagement process and reporting structure.

Partner with Finance team and Sales leadership to manage the sales commission process.

About You

Experience defining and implementing SaaS industry operational process, procedures, and tools.

Deep understanding of SaaS GTM including multi-channel sales, support, customer experience, and marketing operational models.

Leadership experience in a high growth multi-national company, specifically in managing a globally distributed team.

Exceptional professional acumen and the ability to effectively communicate within executive forums.

Clear leadership experience with contemporary revenue operations platforms including SFDC, Outreach, Pardot / Marketo.

Proven ability to lead fast-paced centralized operational teams that deliver effectively for internal stakeholders and customers.

Analytical background working with data across sales, marketing, and customer success
