We are seeking a Sr. IT Project Manager, eCommerce to work for our nationally recognized client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage eCommerce initiatives and projects from conception to delivery, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet business objectives
Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop project plans, and manage project timelines and budgets
Communicate project status and issues to stakeholders, and provide solutions to overcome project roadblocks
Develop and implement project management methodologies and tools to improve project delivery and team collaboration
Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, and manage project resources and budgets
Manage relationships with external vendors and partners, and negotiate contracts and agreements
Continuously assess and improve the customer experience on our eCommerce platform, and identify opportunities to enhance functionality and features
Ensure compliance with eCommerce regulations and best practices, and stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements
Requirements
7+ years of experience in eCommerce and project management, with at least 3 years of experience in a leadership role
Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms and technologies, including Magento, Shopify, and WooCommerce
Experience in managing eCommerce projects in a fast-paced, agile environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
Experience in managing budgets and project resources
Knowledge of eCommerce regulations and best practices, including GDPR, PCI compliance, and accessibility standards
