Job Description Job Description Join my client, a global leader in respiratory medical devices, as an Area Sales Director and lead the charge in driving sales and revenue growth across seven states (8 sales reps) in the Pacific NW Region. This key leadership role requires a strategic, ethical, and highly communicative professional to manage, mentor, motivate, and grow a geographically diverse team and engage in high-level consultative selling with C-Level customers. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with mid to large-sized company experience who is adaptable to change and adversity.

What You'll Be Doing:
Achieving annual sales quotas and driving overall revenue growth.
Managing the Acute Care channel and working with distribution partners.
Conducting clinical training and education for the Acute Care team.
Leading sales process training and maintaining high sales standards.
Utilizing Salesforce for pipeline management and growth tracking.
About You:
Demonstrated ability in progressive medical device sales management (at least 4 years managing people)
Experience in acute/hospital markets selling service agreements and partnering with large, strategic IDNs.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Respiratory and anesthesia experience is a plus.
Must live in the territory (WA, OR, CA, NV, UT, ID, Western MT ) ~60% travel
