Our client a leader in their industry is searching for a Manager of Recruiting and Talent Acquisition.
Primary Responsibilities:
Manage full cycle recruiting process and partner with management and leadership team to meet staffing goals across all levels within the company.
Partner with department managers to assess, determine and fill staffing needs.
Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
Skills, Knowledge, Abilities and Traits:
Bachelor's Degree Required in Human resources or other business related field
Minimum 5 years related experience
Excellent communication skills
Experience with Applicant tracking software
