About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Growth Marketing to play a pivotal role in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns and field marketing programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the marketing contribution to the sales pipeline and expanding the company's next-generation mobile security solutions. This role is focused on new customer acquisition, as well as engagement and retention of existing customers, through innovative demand-generation strategies across various marketing channels. The Vice President of Growth Marketing will work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer, sales, product, and executive teams to establish and meet business targets, with a strong emphasis on optimizing funnel conversion rates and using data-driven decision-making.Applicants for the Vice President of Growth Marketing position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred. A minimum of 10 years of experience in growth marketing, particularly in the mobile app and digital branding space, is required. The role demands a proven track record in executing mobile app growth strategies, leveraging social media platforms, and a strong expertise in data analysis, visualization, and performance reporting. Experience in fast-paced, nimble environments, preferably in startups or SaaS, is also a key qualification. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing a comprehensive marketing budget, leading cross-functional teams, and enhancing affiliate and channel programs to maximize impact.
