Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
5+ years of experience in IT management roles, with a focus on network security, cybersecurity, server management, and IT infrastructure.
Proven experience managing relationships with technology vendors and service providers to deliver innovative IT solutions.
In-depth knowledge of network security and cybersecurity principles, practices, and technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, antivirus software, encryption, etc.
Experience with server management, including virtualization, cloud services, and backup/recovery solutions.
Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCNA, CCNP, etc., preferred.
