PURPOSE
Oversee the Slot Technology Department and work with Slot Personnel to ensure a smooth Slot Operation. Work with all other departments with service and repair of non-warranted electronic equipment. Evaluate Slot Performance to achieve an optimum return for the Snoqualmie Casino.
SUPERVISORY SCOPE
Slot Technician Supervisor
ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the Slot Technology to meet financial and operational goals and objectives.
Responsible for the maintenance and security of all Slot systems to keep the Slot operation in compliance with NIGC & WSGC regulations.
Responsible for directing the Slot Technology department in service and preventative maintenance of Slot equipment and other gaming-related equipment; as well as the training and development of Team Members.
Responsible for maintaining and updating casino maps and supervising and controlling Slot installations and movement.
Responsible for maintaining an ongoing inventory of parts for machine repair.
Responsible for planning and execution of large-scale slot projects and technology implementation.
Assist in slot performance analysis and purchasing decisions.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
Education and Experience :
High School Diploma / GED; Recognized Equivalent of a High School Diploma (RED) or Foreign High School Diploma (FHD).
Five (5) years of experience in Slot Technology, Project or Performance Management.
Five (5) years of experience leading/supervising Slot Technology operations.
Skills and Abilities :
Demonstrated Slot Technical and Management training.
Demonstrated large-scale casino project management.
Demonstrated ability to read and interpret Slot Floor Plans and Wiring Diagrams.
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
Able to work effectively with all Casino departments.
Strong computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
PREFERRED
Skills and Abilities :
Demonstrated skill in a Bally SDS suite of products including CMP, Servizio, and Live Floor View.
Demonstrated understanding of Washington Tribal Lottery System requirements.
Snoqualmie Casino exercises Snoqualmie Tribal Member/Native American preference in hiring, in compliance with the Snoqualmie Tribal Employment Rights Ordinance (TERO). You must obtain and maintain a Gaming License from the Snoqualmie Gaming Commission. Pre-employment drug testing is required for all positions. The use of marijuana will not disqualify an applicant for positions in any department other than Transportation (Valet, Driver I). DOT panel testing is required for the Driver position.
